Curatorial Projects

To curate is to attend, to take care of.
It is to work with space as something living and relational,
shifting and changing, much like the body.

Body in Motion — Room Edition
. Edinburgh College of Art Graduate Show, May 2026.

In Motion refers to the body, space, behaviour,
and exhibition as something never fixed,
always shifting through interaction.

Body Within
the Institution

My practice begins with the body as something shaped by experience, holding traces of memory and coping mechanisms that influence how it moves and behaves. It is not fixed, but continuously questioned and reconstructed. I approach the exhibition space in the same way, treating the room as a body in construction: open, unfinished, and changing.

Drawing on the idea that institutions subtly discipline behaviour, this installation both uses and disrupts these structures. A table and chairs invite gathering, but also suggest how to behave. The work holds this tension, encouraging awareness of how bodies are shaped within space
